Overview
We are looking for HR Specialist for our office in Katowice to provide basic administrative support to the HR Services team to ensure all systems are updated and documents filed accurately at all times.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accuracy of employee data within HRIS platforms, including regular audits and data governance
- Act as a key partner to Payroll, ensuring smooth and timely processing of new hires, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with Polish labor law and internal policies
- Manage employment verification requests, employee documentation, and HR-related correspondence
- Ensure employee records are maintained in accordance with company policies and Polish labor regulations
- Drive HR process improvements, contribute to strategic HR projects, and enhance internal documentation standards
- Monitor changes in Polish employment legislation and proactively support their implementation within HR operations
- Collaborate with HR teams across the EMEA region to ensure alignment and high-quality service delivery
- Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members where applicable
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or generalist roles, preferably in a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of Polish labor law
- Experience working with HRIS systems such as Oracle, Workday, or UKG
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
- Very good command of Polish (native or fluent)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in shared services or international environments is a strong advantage
