Job Overview
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with a large-scale furniture installation project. Team members will support the delivery, movement, assembly, and setup of furniture within a commercial or residential facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Unload furniture and materials from delivery trucks
- Move furniture and supplies throughout the facility
- Assist with furniture placement and setup
- Perform basic furniture assembly using hand tools
- Unpack products and organize materials
- Remove packaging, debris, and trash from work areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Work collaboratively with installation crews and project leads
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, moving, warehouse, construction, or furniture installation experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry furniture and materials
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
- Work indoors while maintaining safety and productivity standards
Required Attire & PPE
- Long pants
- Closed-toe work shoes or work boots
- Plain work shirt
- Hardhat
- Safety vest and gloves (required)
