HireQuest Direct is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with unloading construction materials including cabinets, doors, and windows at various residential and commercial job sites in the Olympia area.

Responsibilities:
- Unload materials weighing up to 60 lbs from delivery trucks.
- Safely and efficiently move materials to designated areas on site.
- Navigate job sites, which may include stairs depending on location.
- Follow site safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate clearly with site leads and dispatch as needed.
Requirements:
- Must have FULL PPE including a hard hat, safety vest, work boots, gloves and steel toed shoes.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
