We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to serve in a senior, in-house role supporting leadership across employment, compliance, and business matters. This position is ideal for a practical, business-minded attorney who enjoys being closely involved with the organization and providing day-to-day legal guidance beyond traditional contract work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary legal counsel for the organization
• Advise leadership on employment law, workplace policies, and compliance
• Support PEO relationships and employment-related agreements
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, and internal policies
• Guide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Support employee-related matters, investigations, and policy interpretation
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed
• Provide practical, risk-aware legal guidance aligned with business needs
Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Florida bar license in good standing
• Strong background in employment and HR-related law
• Experience with PEOs or similar employment structures preferred
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong judgment and communication skills
