Machine Operator / Manufacturing AssociateFull TimeKansas City, MOPay: $20 to $29 an hour depending on experience and shiftWe’re hiring experienced Machine Operators and Manufacturing Associates for multiple shifts. These roles support high-speed production lines, machine setup, quality checks, and general line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You’ll Do• Operate or assist in operating production equipment• Set up machines using proper techniques• Monitor product quality and report defects• Keep production running by working at the pace of the line• Complete basic reports on production, quality, and safety• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area• Help with training and work with your team to meet daily goals• Turn in maintenance needs and assist with end-of-run cleanup• Stay flexible to work in different positions on the line as neededRequirements• High school diploma or GED• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or working in a production/warehouse setting• Ability to learn multiple machine types and follow detailed instructions• Strong attention to quality and safety• Reliable attendancePreferred SkillsExperience with fast-paced machines such as:McKinley, HYCORR, Apstar, Marmatsu, Latitude, J&L, Tanabe, Em/ A series, Bander/Unitizer, C500, 15500, Zund, Euclid, rewinders, slitters, winders, tape machines, die cutters, and similar equipment.
