Position: HVAC Technician

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $35 to $38/hour

Experience:

• 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting experience required.
• Commercial HVAC experience is preferred.

Education: EPA/CFC Certification (Required).

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday

HireOne Staffing is seeking an HVAC Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Support advanced service, diagnostics, and installations across a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.
• Handle complex repairs and system replacements beyond property-level maintenance teams.
• Diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems.
• Assist with water heater installations (residential & commercial).
• Charge and service refrigerants: R-410A, R-22, A2L.
• Troubleshoot components: Capacitors, boards, blowers, and motors.
• Evaluate repair vs. replacement decisions.
• Support large-scale installs and capital projects.

Position Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Providing your own truck/van is highly preferred.
