Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
- STEM Degree (Engineering preferred)
- Experience supporting production operators and technicians
- Strong experience in Fixture Design and Work Instructions
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CREO for fixture design and engineering drawings
- Experience designing fixtures used for Welding and Brazing processes
- Knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, and Manufacturing Operations
- Experience adapting equipment/machine designs to manufacturing processes
- Ability to document, release, and maintain engineering documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
