About The Role
We’re seeking experienced, self-motivated Brokerage Sales Representatives with a transferable book of business. This is a cradle-to-grave role with full autonomy — perfect for someone who thrives in a results-driven, low-micromanagement environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Use your existing book of business to manage and grow Full Truckload (FTL) brokerage freight
- Oversee the full freight lifecycle—from prospecting and quoting to booking, tracking, and final delivery
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with shippers and carriers
- Partner with internal teams to offer integrated asset-based and 3PL transportation solutions
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in freight brokerage sales
- A portable book of business ready to activate on Day 1 or a strong track record of building accounts from the ground up
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
