- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, and maintenance operations to ensure optimal efficiency and performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that achieve key objectives in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Direct production planning, inventory control, and supplier performance to support business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, capital investments, and key operational metrics to deliver strong financial performance.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, engagement, and results.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 5 years in a plant or operations management role.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement and Lean transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proven experience managing P&L responsibilities.
