Position: Digital Media/Content Manager
Location: Long Valley, NJ (USA)
Reporting to: Vice President of Marketing
We're in search of a skilled Digital Media/Content Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to enhance our company's brand and online presence. As the Digital Media/Content Manager, you'll be instrumental in all phases of projects, from ideation to implementation, delivery, and analysis across various digital communication channels. We're seeking a highly motivated, creative, and collaborative individual with a proven track record of developing and delivering compelling digital content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook), our Customer Platform (FCP), and SMART G3.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to craft captivating content for both internal intranet and external digital channels.
- Develop written content, design/edit photos and graphics (using Photoshop, Illustrator), and produce/edit videos (using Premiere Pro, Camtasia, AfterEffects, Photoshop) for all digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
- Empower and train cross-functional teams to effectively utilize social channels.
- Monitor and analyze social and digital content performance on a weekly and monthly basis using Google Analytics and other methods, leveraging insights to optimize engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with partners and external vendors.
Background & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite products, particularly Photoshop.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS, and knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Exceptional business writing, creative writing, and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a decentralized organization.
- Highly organized self-starter with a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.
- Thorough understanding of social media best practices and evolving trends to drive engagement, particularly among target audiences.
- Ability to effectively monitor, track, and report metrics across social media platforms.
Compensation Package:
- Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000
- Annual Discretionary Bonus: Estimated at 5% to 10% of salary
