🗒️ Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a User Interface Designer based in Rexburg, ID, with options for remote work. The User Interface Designer will be responsible for designing visually appealing user interfaces, creating mockups, and refining user experience (UX) flows. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement user-centric designs and support front-end development processes where necessary.

Design & Portfolio Excellence:

• A strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end work, including research, interaction design, and visual UI execution. (Please ensure a direct link to your online portfolio is included in your resume)
• Expert level proficiency with Figma.
• Proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design and Visual Design (mockups, wireframes, prototyping).
• Experience designing complex prototypes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

User Experience (UX) Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles.
• Experience with Moderated and/or Unmoderated User Testing.
• Familiarity with Front-End Development technologies is a plus.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Strong communication skills—you are comfortable presenting work, discussing trade-offs, and advocating for users.
• Strong collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Education & Self-Management:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• Ability to self-manage and juggle multiple projects while keeping deliverables on track.
