This role is centered on delivering a best-in-class workplace experience ensuring the office is consistently organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly throughout the day.
You’ll be the go-to person for the physical space, creating an environment that feels polished, welcoming, and fully functional for employees and visitors alike.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a high standard across all shared spaces, including kitchen and common areas
- Ensure the office is consistently organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Oversee day-to-day workplace operations and flow
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for visitors and employees
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and building management
- Prepare meeting rooms and support office events
- Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives
- Manage supplies, deliveries, and general administrative support
