Business Analyst – Mid Level – W2 Only – Dallas, Hybrid

Role Overview
You’ll work directly with business teams to gather requirements, document workflows, support system enhancements, and analyze data to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business units to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Document current and future processes, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses.
- Support UAT planning, test case creation, and issue tracking.
- Assist in creating dashboards, KPIs, and trend reports.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for ongoing projects and changes.
Qualifications
- 4 years as a Business Analyst in corporate or enterprise settings.
- Strong experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL basics preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
