Media/Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

HiRel Connectors Inc. (HIRELCO) is an industry leader whose expertise is in designing and manufacturing custom and MIL-Spec interconnect products for a variety of industries including Aerospace and Defense.

We are seeking a Media / Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the company’s marketing efforts through the creation of print and digital materials, development of presentations, promotion of inventory and sales initiatives, and management of exhibits and website content. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs, email campaigns, social media content)
• Ensure alignment with company branding and messaging
• Coordinate with internal teams for content development
• Create professional sales and marketing presentations
• Support leadership and sales teams with customized materials
• Assist in marketing inventory and driving sales initiatives
• Develop promotional materials for product launches
• Coordinate and manage trade show exhibits and displays
• Handle logistics including booth setup and vendor coordination
• Maintain and update website content
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across digital platforms

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) platforms
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills
