Senior Accountant / Auditor – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Nassau County, NY (On-Site)
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across a commercial real estate portfolio
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close
- Maintain and review general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy
- Assist with internal controls, audit processes, and technical accounting matters
- Partner with operations and property accounting teams on reporting and financial analysis
- Utilize Yardi for lease, rent, and property financial reporting
Candidate Profile
- CPA required
- 3 years of public accounting audit experience
- Commercial real estate audit experience required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Yardi experience preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
