About You
You:

Care about the full stack, but specialize in the last mile. You know CSS like the back of your hand and integrate seamlessly with backend systems.

Have strong product instincts. You think in flows, not just components, and are motivated by user clarity, trust, and intuitive design.

Embrace constraints. Building in a regulated, complex domain excites you and pushes you to design for clarity.

Push your tools to the limit, writing performant, maintainable, and type-safe code.

Work autonomously with real impact—comfortable iterating quickly with design, PMs, and other engineers.

Love strong typing. We use TypeScript across the stack and rely on it for correctness, clarity, and iteration speed.
About the Team
We are not:

Building a simple CRUD app. The problems we’re tackling require deep technical investment and first-principles thinking.

An “LLM wrapper.” We use modern tools—including optimization and programming language research—but don’t rely on one hammer for every nail.

An easy place to coast. The work is difficult, ambiguous, and often requires solving problems you’ve never seen before.
