Job description:
- Set up new customer accounts and users in company systems, ensuring information is entered accurately and completely.
- Maintain and update existing account and user information to ensure records remain current and organized.
- Review account information and submitted documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and required information.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing information, corrections, clarification, or approvals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine account-related issues, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have recent previous administrative or customer support experience
- Must be MS Office proficient
- Must live within 30 minutes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
