- Professionally handle inbound calls from clients involved in auto accidents.
- Gather essential accident details and assess potential legal representation needs.
- Communicate with empathy while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Explain the firm’s services and legal intake process.
- Collect and document client information for attorney case evaluations.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Update and organize client information using Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Experience in intake, customer service, call center, or legal support is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site in Irving, Texas.
