Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative and operational functions of Assisted Living and Memory Support services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and staff education.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
- Administer required educational and certification programs.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing for resident engagement and transitions.
- Attend professional development events to stay current on industry practices.
- Enforce infection control, fire safety, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Nursing degree (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing management experience.
- Knowledge of clinical practices, long-term care, and compliance regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
