Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager (English/Spanish) to support a growing print and marketing services team. This role is responsible for managing an existing portfolio of client accounts while also developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, sales-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where relationship building and follow-through are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of each project and order.
- Resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on open opportunities and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing and close business while maintaining profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, activity tracking, and forecasting within CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, inside sales, business development, customer success, or another client-facing role.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required; non-negotiable).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in printing, marketing services, advertising, promotional products, or related industries.
- Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, or food service clients.
- Experience preparing quotes, managing multiple opportunities, and closing sales.
- Some college coursework preferred, but no degree is required .
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
