This position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in our Irving, TX office, where we're building something exciting - and having fun doing it. Our office is on the 19th floor of Urban Towers, offering stunning views and a comfortable, modern workspace.
Join a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company in the Talent Acquisition space, where your drive, ambition, and results define your success. Depending on your experience and impact throughout the hiring process, you may join as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive.
Rather than focusing on years of experience, we value your ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with six-figure Total Contract Values (TCVs) and drive results within a 3-6 month sales cycle. If you excel in a high-energy, growth-oriented sales environment and have a proven record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals, we want to see how you turn ambition into impact.
Responsibilities:Sell, sell and sell.
- Make commissions and take them home.
- Co-design our product based on your insights in the field.
- Be a good team player in a collaborative and competitive environment.
- Proven success selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or related services within the tech ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with six-figure TCVs
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environment
hireEZ offers a 50/50 base and commission split. Top performers have exceeded OTE significantly, with our highest earners making more than the CEO. Total compensation is based on demonstrated expertise, impact, and results. Our total rewards package includes base salary, commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
