PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) – PERMANENT (SNF)

Location: CA 95301
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Permanent

Compensation:

  • $38 – $44 per hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities (SNF)

  • Implement PT treatment plans for SNF residents

  • Provide skilled therapy services under PT supervision

  • Document patient progress and treatment interventions

  • Support interdisciplinary care team

  • Maintain productivity and quality standards

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license

  • SNF or post-acute rehab experience required

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Knowledge of documentation and compliance standards
