Charge Capture Associate (Outpatient) | Contract
Location: California 93403
Pay: $587 – $675/week
Schedule:
Second shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Full-Time (5x8s), typically Monday–Friday
Occasional weekend coverage may be required
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Accurately enter outpatient charges into billing systems
Review and verify charge data and encounter information
Collaborate with staff to obtain and validate billable items
Resolve billing edits and support charge reconciliation
Assist with revenue cycle processes, audits, and process improvements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s degree preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Charge entry or healthcare billing experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary : $587 - $675
