Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural metal stud framing for commercial buildings
- Hang and finish drywall to commercial standards
- Install acoustic ceiling systems
- Assist with various interior and exterior construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial construction
- Skilled in structural framing, drywall installation and finishing, and ceiling systems
- Familiarity with both interior and exterior build-out techniques
- Commitment to quality, safety, and reliability
- Dependable transportation and own tools
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass Pre employment screenings
