Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations to guarantee guest safety.
- Support the team by bussing tables and helping with guest relations as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to operational protocols.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning food accurately.
- Familiarize yourself with Aloha POS for order processing when necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred; experience in a nightclub setting is a plus.
- Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices are essential.
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent service to patrons.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
- Must be able to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail at all times.
