About the Position
We’re looking for dependable and hard-working individuals to join our Snow Removal Team for the winter season. This position is perfect for someone who’s not afraid of tough work, shows up on time, and keeps their head down to get the job done. You’ll play a key role in keeping roads, parking lots, and walkways clear and safe during winter weather events.
Responsibilities
- Shovel, plow, and remove snow from designated areas such as sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances.
- Spread salt, sand, or de-icing materials as directed.
- Operate snow removal equipment (if trained/qualified).
- Work efficiently in cold, wet, and physically demanding environments.
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
- Be available for flexible scheduling during snow events (including weekends and holidays).
Requirements
- Reliable and ready to work long shifts (12-hour shifts; 1st or 2nd). 6a-6p or 6p -6a
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must pass drug test
- Must pass background check
- OSHA 10 preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic — no shortcuts, no excuses.
- Previous snow removal or general labor experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
