As a Factory Laborer, you will play an essential role in the assembly and production of automotive parts, working on the line to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Line Work: Operate machinery, tools, and equipment to assemble automotive parts and components according to specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
• Production Goals: Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets, collaborating with team members and supervisors to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the automotive industry (compensation based on experience).
• Skills: Ability to follow detailed instructions, work on an assembly line, and maintain attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
