Required:
- Interest or familiarity in areas such as AML/KYC, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management, and Client Services
- Ability to work operational hours starting at 8:00 A.M. local time, including occasional weekends and overtime
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources critically
- Proactive in contributing to improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Financial Services, Operations, Banking, or Client Service
- Bachelor's degree preferred; strong recent graduates with relevant experience considered
- Experience handling client inquiries, loan servicing, cash management, operations support, reconciliations, or banking products
- Demonstrated employment stability and successful completion of prior assignments
Preferences:
- Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory landscape
- Project management experience
- Business analysis skills
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class service to internal teams
- Support department interactions, phone hotline, and email correspondence related to lending products
- Interact with internal clients, including Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, Branches, and employees
- Respond to inquiries on loan status and document phone calls
- Meet phone performance metrics such as average handle times and professionalism
- Review loan applications and servicing requests within Service Level Agreements
- Communicate missing information needed to progress loans in the pipeline
- Reconcile and process monetary transactions and review daily reports
- Cross-train and learn new functions to provide coverage as needed
- Train new team members once proficient
- Accomplish shared goals of the department and the bank
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
