Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of expansion-focused account executives responsible for growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Drive consistent execution of a structured sales methodology while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
- Own team pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and overall expansion revenue performance.
- Conduct regular business reviews, pipeline inspections, and coaching sessions to accelerate deal progression and improve execution.
- Build trusted executive relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and other senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to maximize customer adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Establish performance metrics, leading indicators, and operational rhythms that drive predictable commercial outcomes.
- Support the resolution of complex commercial opportunities while ensuring long-term customer success.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent while building a culture centered on continuous improvement and measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10 years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions.
- 3 years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience operating within structured sales methodologies and performance-driven environments.
- Experience selling solutions to Finance, Accounting, ERP, or Office of the CFO organizations.
- Background in complex, consultative sales environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams of five or more quota-carrying sellers.
- Experience managing expansion, account management, or customer growth organizations.
- Consulting or advisory experience supporting finance transformation initiatives.
- Salary Range: $175,000 - $280,000 per year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $340,000 - $400,000
- Competitive 50/50 base salary and incentive structure.
- Equity participation based on experience and overall compensation package.
