The company is now backed by top-tier growth equity and venture investors fueling its next chapter as an AI-first platform. Key Responsibilities
- Own the client's full marketing strategy and category narrative, leading the shift from “website builder” to AI web-presence platform, in close partnership with the CEO and executive team.
- Scale our client's high-volume, self-serve SMB/agency acquisition engine while building out a true sales-led pipeline for mid-market and enterprise SaaS and hosting partners.
- Own pipeline targets, funnel metrics, and marketing's contribution to revenue in partnership with the CRO, and build a full-funnel marketing automation motion.
- Elevate Our client's brand from a category participant to a category leader, and lead product marketing and launch strategy for its expanding AI product suite.
- Lead and grow a marketing organization spanning demand generation, brand, product marketing, and marketing operations, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Finance, and serve as a member of the senior leadership team on company-wide strategy.
- 12–15 years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, including experience at the VP/SVP/CMO level.
- Proven track record running a dual-motion marketing engine — high-volume SMB/PLG acquisition and a sales-assisted mid-market/enterprise pipeline, not just one or the other.
- Experience repositioning or relaunching a brand and category narrative, ideally around a genuine product or technology shift (AI, platform expansion, or similar).
- Demonstrated track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- A data-driven approach to demand generation, attribution, and funnel metrics.
- Fluency in AI, martech, or an adjacent category (website builders, CRM, marketing automation).
- Comfort operating as a true executive partner: presenting to the CEO, board, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience partnering with a Chief Revenue Officer to align marketing investment with pipeline and revenue targets.
- A rare seat: a profitable, durable business with a genuine AI story to tell and direct access to a hands-on, builder-minded executive team.
- A blended go-to-market motion to scale high-volume SMB/agency self-serve alongside a growing sales-led mid-market/enterprise pipeline.
- Direct visibility into, and influence over, company strategy as a member of our client's senior leadership team.
- A rare balance sheet: profitable growth ($60M ARR, ~25% EBITDA margins), not burn-funded hype.
- A real repositioning to lead, from “website builder” to full AI web-presence platform, backed by genuine product substance.
- A dual-motion GTM to shape: connecting high-volume SMB demand gen with a true sales-led enterprise motion.
- Salary: $250,000 to $350,000
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage with flexible plan options
- Retirement program with employer contributions
- Generous PTO, holidays, and additional leave programs
- Structured work schedule designed to support balance and productivity
- Professional development and continued learning opportunities
Salary : $250,000 - $350,000
