About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As an RBT, you will deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA, support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, and build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Collect accurate data during each session
Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
Complete clear and timely session notes
Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Requirements
Active RBT certification - or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Work Schedule
Part-time and full-time positions available
Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; optional weekend availability as needed)
15–25 hours per week, based on your availability and client needs
Compensation
$21–$25 per hour
