Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and sensory disabilities

• Conduct occupational therapy interventions, such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training

• Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and modifying treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in occupational therapy assistant studies or related field

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
