- Assist the dietary department with food preparation, service, and maintenance of food storage and handling areas
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to established menus and nutrition plans
- Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and patient/resident meal preferences
- Assist with patient/resident feeding, including feeding tubes and other specialized feeding devices
- Collaborate with nursing staff to provide information and support for patient/resident care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient/resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes
Requirements:
- 0 years of experience in a dietary or food service environment (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
