Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and handle background checks/drug testing for new hires.
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate new hire orientation, training, and ensure staff compliance with licensure and credentialing.
- Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, manage timecards, handle FMLA, workers' compensation, and answer benefit questions.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain confidential employee files in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources, specifically within a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.

- Education: Associates or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
