Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry or medical-surgical setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide patient and family education, ensuring understanding and adherence to care instructions.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and in compliance with facility policies.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
- Experience in medical-surgical and/or telemetry nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Flexibility to work either day or night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior travel nursing experience.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
