Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant mental health field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy).
- Active, fully licensed mental health therapist status (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and malpractice insurance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for helping others and commitment to providing accessible mental health care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private practice or working with insurance networks is a plus.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage.
