Our client, a well-established IT staffing firm with multiple offices across Massachusetts, is expanding its Boston team with two key hires: a Technical Recruiter and an Account Executive.

What You’ll Do
Technical Recruiter
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of IT roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech professionals.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to understand client needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Manage the candidate experience from first contact through placement.
Account Executive
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients in the IT space.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target accounts.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate hiring trends and workforce strategies.
Who You Are
- Experience and success in the staffing industry, specifically within a staffing agency, ideally with a focus in IT or technical recruiting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
- Motivated by results, team success, and personal growth.
- Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating and building long-term relationships.
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy but values teamwork.
