$44/hour plus weekly profit sharing.

• Complete residential plumbing installations sold by the Service Department

• Install and replace residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and repipes

• Review project requirements and complete work safely, accurately, efficiently, and on schedule

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers throughout the installation

• Educate customers on their new equipment, proper operation, and maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle

• Complete invoices and documentation accurately on an iPad

• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings

• 3 years of residential plumbing experience

• Oregon Journeyman Plumber License (required)

• Strong understanding of local plumbing codes

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

• Comfortable using an iPad on the job

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Commitment to professionalism and quality workmanship

• Installations are completed safely, accurately, and to code

• Customers feel informed, respected, and confident in the work performed

• Projects are completed on time and to a high standard

• Communication with customers and team members is clear and professional

• Vehicles and job sites are consistently clean and organized

• You contribute to a strong, accountable, and team-oriented culture
