This director-level role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about curriculum, teacher development, and building strong relationships within a thriving school community.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing administrative team at a year-round preschool program serving Infants through Pre-K, with a strong reputation for educational excellence and family engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree within education or related field.
  • Leadership experience in a large early childhood or child care program strongly preferred

  • Previous classroom teaching experience highly valued
  • Experience supervising and supporting teams of 20 employees preferred for director-level candidates
  • Experience with curriculum oversight, teacher coaching, and staff development
  • Exposure to broad school operations (scheduling, programming, food service, compliance, etc.) is a plus
  • Schedule ability to either open the school at 6:30 or remain through closing until 6:15.
