Responsibil
- ities
Lead day-to-day maintenance execution during assigned shift, including responding to breakdowns, directing technicians, and keeping production lines ru - nning.Execute scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance work orders using MaintainX (
- CMMS).Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and refrigeration issues alongside the
- crew.Manage shift handoffs with discipline - communicate active issues, in-progress work, and outstanding risks to incoming shift leade
- rship.Coach and develop maintenance technicians on best practices, safety standards, and technical s
- kills.Enforce safety, food safety, and GMP standards during shift operations in accordance with applicable regulatory require
- ments.Document downtime events, root causes, and corrective actions; surface recurring issues for PM program improv
- ement.Coordinate with Production Supervisors on shift to align maintenance work with production schedules and minimize disru
- ption.Support new production line commissioning, equipment installations, and PM develo
- pment.Maintain parts staging and tool readiness for shift operations; flag critical inventory gaps to the Maintenance Ma

Qualifi
- cations
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or a similar regulated production envi - ronment.1 year in a lead, supervisory, or working-forem
- an role.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot motors, conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and packaging/processing eq
- uipment.Working knowledge of refrigeration systems pr
