Job Description:
The Technical Hydraulic Product Specialist will provide technical support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and solutions for piston pump products. This role works closely with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and integration of piston pumps into hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for company's pump products, understanding all features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers, assisting with product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners, explaining the technical features and benefits of the product.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product requirements and feedback.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with engineering teams to ensure a quick and effective resolution.
- Develop technical documentation, guides, and training materials to assist customers and internal teams. Train customers on how to use the product effectively.
- Collect feedback from customers on product performance and identify areas for improvement. Work with product teams to prioritize enhancements.
- Assist with testing new product features and versions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and technical standards.
Requirements:
All Hydraulic experience(s), training, and education will be considered. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist Certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical product support or product management role.
- Strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
