A long‑established U.S. industrial manufacturer with multiple production sites is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support one of its key production facilities in the Lancaster region. The position supports day‑to‑day plant finance activities as well as budgeting, forecasting, inventory oversight, and operational performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly plant performance, identify variances, and support operational decision‑making
- Prepare and maintain routine financial reports and operational KPIs
- Participate in productivity and cost‑improvement initiatives, including financial modeling and project tracking
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes
- Assist with month‑end close activities, including results validation and balance sheet reviews
- Monitor inventory, standard costs, and manufacturing performance metrics
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, FP&A, or plant controlling
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Understanding of standard‑cost environments and plant operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consolidation systems or major ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- CPA, CMA, or MBA
- Exposure to ERP implementations or process‑improvement initiatives
