About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Hydraulic Product Specialist to join our team at Hire Score LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for piston pump products.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert for company's pump products, understanding all features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers, assisting with product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners, explaining the technical features and benefits of the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product requirements and feedback.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with engineering teams to ensure a quick and effective resolution.
Qualifications:
All Hydraulic experience(s), training, and education will be considered. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist Certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical product support or product management.
