Job Description:
The Technical Hydraulic Product Specialist will work closely with sales, engineering, and customers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and integration of piston pumps into hydraulic systems.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for company's pump products, understanding all features, functionalities, and technical specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers, assisting with product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners, explaining the technical features and benefits of the product.
- Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product requirements and feedback.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with engineering teams to ensure a quick and effective resolution.
Requirements:
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical product support or product management. All Hydraulic experience(s), training, and education will be considered.
