The successful candidate will lead complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while playing a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships. Responsibilities include managing utility infrastructure projects, developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, mentoring project teams, coordinating with municipal agencies and stakeholders, and supporting regional growth initiatives.
- 12 years of experience in utilities engineering and project management
- Strong background in water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
- Proven business development and client management experience
- Existing relationships within the Fort Myers/Naples market strongly preferred
- Florida utilities engineering experience highly preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations effectively
