Senior Finance Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, highly analytical Senior Manager of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, and strategic analysis for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong deal-oriented background who can bring a rigorous, investor-minded approach to financial operations. Experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; develop models that support strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate new investments, strategic initiatives, and business performance.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, investors, and the board.
• Analyze business trends, operating results, KPIs, and variances; translate findings into actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives, operational improvements, and capital allocation strategies.
• Lead due diligence efforts for acquisitions or strategic transactions; coordinate data, modeling, and investment memos.
• Enhance internal reporting, dashboards, and financial processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support treasury, cash flow forecasting, and working capital oversight.
• Prepare materials for lender presentations, investor updates, and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Required: 3–6 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets) or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build and maintain detailed operating and valuation models.
• Proven experience working with executives, investors, and cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
