We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5 years of litigation experience to join our team. Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial motions
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production
- Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials
- Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the Florida Bar
- Admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, including the Trial Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience in mediation and first-chair jury trials
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong courtroom presence and excellent oral advocacy
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively and independently
- Experience with case management software
- Spanish-speaking is a plus (if applicable)
