Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate performing daily maintenance activities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and preventative maintenance needs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
- Knowledge of the computer
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial mechanics
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including HVAC systems
- Excellent leadership skills
- Computer skills
