Job Title: IT Support Technician (End User)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Computer Support Technician to provide technology support for faculty, staff, and students. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and delivering excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second‑level technical support, resolving issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Deploy, maintain, secure, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers, operating systems, applications, and printers
- Manage end‑user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Train and mentor student technicians, offering guidance on technical tasks and best practices
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and services to support continuous improvement
- Communicate proactively with faculty, staff, and students to ensure a positive support experience and high customer satisfaction
