We’re looking for an Information Technology Help Desk Support to be the go‑to technical partner across construction sites and field offices. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll keep teams connected, solve real‑time challenges, and ensure projects run smoothly. It’s a dynamic opportunity with a clear path from contract‑to‑hire into a six‑figure IT leadership position.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver on‑site IT support
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues in fast‑moving environments
- Deploy and maintain laptops, mobile devices, printers, and networking equipment
- Partner with site managers to ensure IT readiness for new projects and expansions
- Track recurring issues and improve service delivery across multiple sites
- Act as the bridge between field teams and central IT
- Audit and maintain IT inventory across locations
- Travel regularly to support remote teams and resolve escalations
- Mentor junior technicians and manage high‑priority tickets
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5 years of IT support experience (2 years in field/remote environments)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, mobile devices, networking, and cloud tools
- Certifications (CompTIA A , Network , Microsoft MD-100/MD-101) a plus
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with non‑technical users
- Self‑starter with strong time management and travel coordination skills
- Comfortable working in construction trailers, field offices, and corporate settings
